I have some exciting news. I have joined The Group, Inc. in Fort Collins, CO as Chief Technology Officer. The Group is wonderful brand with a rich history.
The company was founded in 1976 and is known for its high tech / high touch approach to real estate. Its acclaimed sales program, Ninja Selling, is taught throughout the United States and was co-created by Larry Kendall, The Group’s Chairman. The Ninja Selling book, written by Larry, was released this year and teaches readers how to be more productive in their sales careers (hint: work smarter not harder). The program is the foundation of The Group’s business. The company finished 119 on the 2017 REAL Trends 500 list with a sales volume of $1,678,375,388. The company is also one of the most productive brokerages in the country measured by the number of transactions per sales associate.
As CTO, I’ll be responsible for overall technology strategy and implementation throughout the organization. I’m super excited to join the team.
For the past three years, I have been the Vice President of Technology for Alain Pinel Realtors in the San Francisco Bay Area. I want to thank Rainy Hake Austin and the Hulme family for the opportunity. Working in Silicon Valley was a dream come true and an experience I will never forget.
